The reviews here are so negative. I was relly skeptical and pulled these reviews up while i was speaking to a insurance agent. So i immediately told the agent give me a second to make a decision. After reviewing all these i was really put off. Then got another call from the agent and i explained that i was no longer wanting to get this plan. He told me that first health is just a network that the docotrs and hospitals use. that theres a bunch a different plans that use this network. I guess theres different insurance carriers that use the network. So that explains all the negative reviews. He told me the plans come with different levels so i told him i wanted the highest level and boy am i happy i did. I got the plan and wat really did it for me was the price. I wanted to see how it was going to work out so went to the doctors office and my visit was only $10! I go so i can fill my prescriptions and i was pleasantly surprised honestly because of these reviews here. I hope this helps anyone considiering this network. If the insurance agents or companies would tell people that ahead of time it would make sense.
