This company did not cover one thing for my daughter’s whole first year of life. Every time I called, they said it was a processing error on their end and that it would be fixed. I documented each conversation and had them send me their resolution in writing. I will be reporting this company for fraud. They never fixed a thing. After canceling, they denied every single claim that was in limbo.
