After 3 different medical billing depts. contacted First Health PPO's Claim Dept. to file a claim & all 3 were told none of the expenses would be covered even though I was told when I purchased the policy that it was unlimited visits to the doctor with only a $10 copay, emergency visits covered 80/20, blah, blah, blah by Blake the lying salesperson.
After they refused to pay any of it, I called to cancel the policy & spoke with Chris who assured me that those expenses would be covered & convinced me to keep the policy one more month. I wound up having to pay $5K out of pocket & First Health PPO didn't pay one cent.
I called again to cancel & was told that their HQ needed to be on the phone with us in order to cancel but they're closed due to snow storm. I called back 2 more times and they refused to cancel my policy with various lame excuses. I finally sent an email cancelling my policy, had to cancel my credit card so they could no longer chg my account, & reported them to the Health & Human Svs Dept. These scammers need to be shut down for good so they cannot mislead & cause harm to anyone else!

I recommend "0" Stars but instead handcuffs for every employee working for this company to scam innocent people seeking health insurance. Shameful.
