The associates taking care of me and my car were very nice and helpful from the beginning when I was purchasing my remote start straight to the end. I called before I bought the deal online and they were happy to email me a link to what they were installing and answer all my questions. When I arrived they gave me an estimated time of 2.5 hours and when I called 3 hours later to see about my car it took them another almost two hours to finish what they were doing. Granted it could've just been difficult because of my type of car but I wish they could've given me a better estimate on time because I stayed in the area to wait.
