did not accomplish a pre installation check of equipment
I had two car stereos from previous cars. I told the store that I wanted the equipmet checked out before installation. The employee said he checked it as much as he could without installing and couldn't know unless he installed it first. I told him to go ahead if he thought it worked fine. He installed it and charged for the installation, but then it wasn't working properly so he had to remove it and install the second stereo system. He charged me for two installations. I wish he would have fully checked out my stereo before installing it and charging me to install a faulty unit. He said he couldn't do that but I am not sure that is correct. I think he should have been able to do that, if he couldn't.
