I am not someone who usually takes the time to write reviews like this, but i was so impressed with the service at Autobahn I had to give them my support. I wanted one of the new Viper Smart Starts for my car, but was a hesitant because of the price. When I saw an sign at the mall for Autobahn I couldn't believe the price, it was over $100 cheaper than everyone else. I called up and made the appointment the next day. Their scheduling availability was great. They asked me if I wanted to upgrade and go for the full system (auto start and alarm), but I declined because of the price, well over $500. It would have been nice but I just didn't have the money for it. I dropped my car in the morning for the install and set out about my daily routine. I got a phone call from Autobahn about an hour later again offering the full alarm system. I told them that it would be nice but I just can't afford that right now. Then came a complete shock, they manager offered me the full system for just $100 more than the auto start. I was floored! I couldn't pass, so I went for and got the full system. They only draw back was they system didn't include support for the trunk release on my car, but Autobahn was able to add that in no problem. They even did that add on for 50 off.

About a month after getting the system installed the GSM device just stopped working. I could operate the system from the key fob, but my iPhone app couldn't locate the vehicle. I brought it back to Autobahn and in less than an hour they had it working again. I haven't had a problem since.

I would absolutely recommend the product and the store. The guys at Autobahn are top notch! They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell, and are very friendly. In the future I will definitely go back to Autobahn for any automotive accessories.
