I had to take my vehicle back multiple times! Disappointed!!!
I had to take my vehicle back 4 times to get the service/product that I should have received the first time. What was done to my vehicle is very common and it should not have been an issue. The money being charged for labor is very high for the service provided. I don’t feel that the Tech’s are experienced enough. I also felt like my vehicle was rushed and shortcuts were taken. This is a highly competitive market and I should have taken my time, got three estimates and did some more research.
Ultimately they stand by their product, but my time is too valuable to have deal with the type of service I received. The funny thing is, the owner acted like his time was more important than mine! Bottom line, if you don’t like to do warranty work because it cuts into your revenue then get it done right the first time and not the fourth.
I was initially very excited to purchase the upgrades for my vehicle, but at the end of the day, with all of the issues, it wasn’t worth it!
