I had to take my vehicle back multiple times! Disappointed!!!

I had to take my vehicle back 4 times to get the service/product that I should have received the first time. What was done to my vehicle is very common and it should not have been an issue. The money being charged for labor is very high for the service provided. I don’t feel that the Tech’s are experienced enough. I also felt like my vehicle was rushed and shortcuts were taken. This is a highly competitive market and I should have taken my time, got three estimates and did some more research.

Ultimately they stand by their product, but my time is too valuable to have deal with the type of service I received. The funny thing is, the owner acted like his time was more important than mine! Bottom line, if you don’t like to do warranty work because it cuts into your revenue then get it done right the first time and not the fourth.

I was initially very excited to purchase the upgrades for my vehicle, but at the end of the day, with all of the issues, it wasn’t worth it!

Steve, you DO AGREE that we stand behind our product and services. The reason you're disappointed has to do with your vehicles factory JBL system having issues which we did not touch, only integrated in to with an adapter. we even reset it for you twice but your vehicles JBL amp is just bad.
Yes, you did come back the first time because the rear camera wire came loose and we had to re-route the wire, We took you in right away to address the issue( we do understand how busy life can be with family & work).
the only reason you came back the 3rd and fourth time is because of your factory JBL amp having issues. we went out of our way to address the issue with your factory JBL amp acting up, by taking your car in a 3rd and fourth time, lending you my vehicle so you could go home. any other shop would've refused to fix a problem that has nothing to do with the aftermarket system they installed.
We know how valuable our patrons time is and work hard as a team to deliver. thank you, Reza
