Disappointing Experience

I had a stereo installed, which should be a pretty easy and routine job. The stereo itself was more expensive than I could have gotten it for elsewhere, but that's fine because it wasn't something I wanted to wait for. They finished in a little over an hour, which was great, but when I pulled out of the parking lot my turn signals weren't working. I had to turn back around and have them fix whatever they did. I went home and realized that they didn't give me the remote that came with my stereo, so I had to drive back out to pick it up. The next day I noticed that the plastic panel inside my car (where they wired the mic) )kept falling loose. I snapped it back in, but it's still not properly in place. I'm very disappointed by this experience, especially seeing positive reviews. They definitely dropped the ball for me. The only plus side is that the guys I dealt with were very friendly.

The suggested price for the DPX500BT is $199.99 and that's set by Kenwood USA. We charged you that and our labor and parts needed to integrate it in to your Lexus ES300. If you look the price up for the radio on BestBuy or crutchfield, they both have it listed for $199.99. unless you look for it on ebay or an unauthorized dealer the price on the radio will not be cheaper.
as far as the turn signal, you're absolutely right. when we took the dash apart for radio install the hazard plug wasn't clipped in all the way. Our technician also did not put the wireless remote that comes with the radio in your car and I apologize for that. We try to put our self's in place of our customers and I totally understand your disappointment with coming back to us with those issues. I hope you give us a chance in the future for your Mobile Electronics needs, we'll go out of our way for your 100 satisfaction.
