After going back a forth on ballast issues they decided not to honor the warranty on the product that they sold me. Granted they did replace bulbs and ballasts that blew they kept telling me its not the product It must be my application and or usage. I won't buy from someone that won't sell products that can stand normal usage! I will not give them any of my business anymore. Ron
