Our full replacement of both heating and AC units was prompted by a thorough evaluation with Allgeier's survey team. Instead of repairing a 19 year-old system with 65 efficiency (at best), we were able to purchase a high-quality 95 efficiency Goodman pairing for relatively little additional money.
