Our service technician , Patrick, called to tell us he was on his way. He arrived on time
Went straight to work. Made us aware of two possible problems what it would cost to fix them and if he had the parts he could do it now
He had the parts and completed the work to our satisfaction.
Patrick is a friendly very nice clean cut young man to work with. I mention this as in the past when companies have employees show up that we have not been comfortable to have in our home We have not used the company again
We will definitely use Allgeier again.
