Patrick Butler
Patrick Butler is an amazing technician. First of all, he is personable and well spoken, presenting a strong first impression. Second, he is not afraid to get his hands dirty. Within about 5 minutes he showed me GUNK he had pulled off the wheel in the blower which was (we later discovered) causing the slippage/cutout of the blower motor after about 15 seconds' blowing time. I want to request 6 months in advance that Patrick be the one to do my spring inspection. Thank you, Patrick, for your stellar performance.
