$@!#% HVAC unit

Bought a HVAC unit from Allgeier Air on Jan, 2013 costing $8, 057.00. Not even 5 years later and I'm still financing this unit we start having problems with it. Called your company on 9/22/2017 because the unit wasn't cooling properly. Tech came out said there was a leak but couldn't find it. Added coolant for $239.00. On 11/17/2017 called another company as unit wasn't heating properly. They found leak and on Dec. 1, 2017 and replaced evaporation coil system. Unit started working properly. On 12/30/2017 unit not heating again and we placed call to the company that replaced coil system. Have to wait now till Jan2, 2018. I just don't understand when you pay this kind of money for a HVAC unit that's almost 5 years old why there are problems already with it. Your company should have looked into this more when tech came out and couldn't find leak but added coolant. A temporary solution knowing we would have to call someone out again soon. What kind of $@!#% units do you install anyway and what kind of techs do you hire? No calls to check on how system is running? Guess you got your money and ran. :( Upset and cold in Kentucky :( Another dissatisfied customer

Elvin, I would like very much to discuss this with you. Will you be available next week that we can talk. I am not sure what is going on with the system. I am glad to see you were able to take advantage of the warranty on the system. That at least is a bright spot in all of this for you. I am here to help you feel better about your purchase, and I assure you we would NEVER just take your money and run. I want you to know that I agree with your statement about the tech looking into this more thoroughly. I will make an inquiry with my Service Dept. for you this next week, and find out what we can do to make this system work for you.
