Our 4 year old heat pump stopped working after the ice we accumulated recently. We weren't satisfied with the service we received with the original installer, so since it was still under warranty I looked up authorized dealers on the manufacturers website. Allgeier Air was on the list. On a Friday my husband called them to see how fast we could get an appointment. They sent Wiggins Heating (a sister company) that afternoon. He checked the entire system, ordered the parts and called synth following Monday morning to let us know he was on his way to repair it.
