Allgeier Air has been great! I can see why they have an A rating with the BBB because they really take care of their customers. For example, we have a home warranty policy that covers our home. For repairs, they typically will only pay the bare minimum to get the covered item going again. In our case, we have a 33 year old heat pump system on which the compressor stopped working on the outside unit. The home warranty company only wanted to replace the compressor and necessary parts on the outside unit, but I was in disagreement with them wanting them to just go ahead and replace the entire outside unit instead of this band-aid fix they proposed. I was getting nowhere with them, but Jamason at Allgeier (after several phone calls to the home warranty company) not only got them to replace the outside unit, but to replace the entire heat pump system for about the same cost! That was incredible! Thanks to Allgeier’s persistence, we now have peace of mind with our new heat pump system. Thanks Allgeier!
