my review
the service tech who came up was courtious and prompt. i was suprised by the cost of the repair. i was made aware of the intial cost but was not informed of the potential costs to fix my furnace. not to degrade what was done but only 4 wires were messed with. when i scheduled the service tech i also talked with a sales person who was supposed to call me back that day or the next. it had been close to a month now and no call back. guess the sales are good enough that you do not need to call everyone back when it was stated a call would be made.
