I retain Ankin Law regarding a work-related injury. Ankin Law assured me that they can assist me in receiving the medical treatment for my knee surgery and shoulder replacement surgeries that I required due to my reference work related injuries. Although Ankin Law continue to reassure me for months that they will resolve my matter, it was not true. Ankin Law refused to answer very important question that I had in my matter. Eventually all my phone calls, questions and concerns went ignored through Ankin Law. I am not sure if my above injuries where too small for Ankin Law to address or weather they were being out maneuvered by opposing council. I could not understand why Ankin Law was dragging my case where I required serious medical attention and treatment. One of my worst experiences with Ankin Law was when I decided to fire them, I called all the large downtown law firms to transfer my injury case and they refused to take my case. They cited a conflict of interest since they were friends with Ankin Law. Furthermore, I have been advised that these large law firms’ warehouse (little or no activity) clients claims. Hopefully my review can help others in making a better educated decision when choosing an injury law firm. And other individuals and their families will not suffer in the same way I did regarding large law firms that warehouse your claims at your families’ expense.
