In the beginning my case drag on slowly. I felt my lawyer was probably working on other cases, there were only a handful of attempts of communication. After about 8 months it pick up. All in all I finally received a settlement check in about 16 months. In the last few months Nicholas was diligently working to get a fair if not better settlement for me, the end result was what I expected, I only wish it had came sooner.
