So they did at least find me a job...but then they were terrible. Would call and make me panic because they supposedly didn’t get my time sheet for the week, I’d send it to them again right away and then call them back...couldn’t ever get ahold of Joy or anyone else that could help me figure out whether they had finally received it, even though they’d constantly tell me that they’d call me one way or another. The real kicker came two months into my employment with them...so initially when I filled out the paperwork to work through them, I hit DECLINE ALL BENEFITS because all they had was some sort of bs insurance that only actually covered preventative wellness. Who needs that? Anyway, two months in, my paychecks started becoming THIRTEEN DOLLARS LESS PER WEEK, SOMETIMES MORE, and they took almost $70 of money that I really couldn’t afford from me. They were supposed to get it cancelled (I went up there and filled out a cancellation form even though it was extremely inconvenient for me), but the money kept coming out of my checks. I religiously called them twice a week, trying to get this matter resolved, but they would just give me the run-around, claiming they were gonna get it resolved, or at least that they would call me and let me know what was going on. The matter never got resolved until I got ahold of corporate and corporate seemed upset that they hadn’t been more helpful in getting the matter resolved. Thank you OnTrack for getting me a good job...but eff you for all the unnecessary money you took from me.
