Burh’s Autobody was the preferred shop from State Farm Insurance after another vehicle hit our vehicle, caused damaged and needed repairs done to the rear bumper. The repairs to the bumper are satisfactory. What was not, was the interior sustained significant water damage while in the possession of Burh’s Autobody and they refuse to take responsibilty and put the interior of vehicle back to the condition it was in when left with them. According to them alot of vehicles they get “leak” water into the interior and if they had to call and deal with every car that happens to they wouldnt have time to do anything else. Prior to the accident and leaving our vehicle at Burh’s Autobody there had never been a problem with water leaking into the vehicle. Very unprofessional to call and have someone come pick up their vechicle and to find standing water in all the floor boards, mildew growing, and not even say a word to the costumer until they come back in and ask about all the water and mildew. Then juat say, “I guess we should have called you about that a few days ago”. They have made feeble attempts to correct the situation after we refused to accept the vehicle back in that condition, almost a month later problem is still not corrected.
