Exceptional service by technician Chris yesterday and today at my property on Ocean Oaks. He quickly diagnosed the moisture on the ceiling vents and made the necessary repairs. And he was quick to change out the failed dehumidifier . Always great service from Limric technicians and the gals in the office. Would highly recommend them to anyone .
