Our water main in our Crescent house let go as we added an irrigation system. The initial installation by Crescent was beyond horrible and guaranteed to fall. Limric dispatched a plumber first thing in the morning but the plumber said he was unable to fix. We immediately called Charleston Water Systems who told us that the issue was our problem and couldn't assist. I went to Ferguson myself and got the part that was missing. Limric dispatched another van immediately and between us we solved the problem.
Not having water to the house is a horrible ordeal but ultimately we got it solved. The initial tech could have been more insightful but the second tech followed my suggestion and it was taken care of.
