Austin did a great job. I recently purchased this property knowing that it needed plumbing repairs, but I did not know the extents of them. He thoroughly examined and inspected my home, then clearly and simply explained each detail to me. He also broke down which repairs needed to be made immediately and which repairs I need to be cognizant of but maybe could wait a little while. He is coming back to complete the repairs as they were a multi-day job.
