While the first repair had to be addressed again for a problem that was not readily apparent, the second plumber, Jamie, found the problem. We were impressed with his careful and analytical approach to the problem. We were reimbursed for the initial repair without having to ask.

The cost of the second repair seemed a bit high for the time required, but we were satisfied with the work and would call LimRic again.
