Received a call mid-day on a hot Saturday from a tenant stating their thermostat was blank and the AC was not operating. Called the HVAC co. that the owner has a service contract and was told "We do not service residential properties on the weekends." Called Lim Ric and they added the order to their already long list of calls. They arrived at almost 10 pm to make the repair. We really appreciate their commitment to comfort. Most companies would not make a service call at that hour. Thank you!
