Ron and Kasim did a great job, replacing our induction motor and testing the unit to make sure it worked properly.
One thing I thought was noteworthy is that they had the induction motor assembly drop-shipped to the house to expedite the repair. Much appreciated! Ron has been to our house many times for periodic maintenance calls and I told Kasim that he can learn much from him not only technically, but also in excellent customer service.
