During annual plumbing inspection Aaron discovered several serious conditions which if not fixed would lead to more serious problems requiring even more costly repairs. On day of service he proceeded to work immediately and found conditions worse than initially expected. He calmly explained and showed us the situation, amended the service contract, and made the necessary repairs and replacements, some of which required repeated trips into the crawl space beneath the house. What started out to be a couple of hours’ worth of work turned into a nine-hour nonstop session. Aaron’s knowledge, thoroughness, and professional workmanship was outstanding and reflects well on him and the LimRic management.
