The service provider arrived within ten minutes of the appointed time (traffic was awful) and checked all systems. He changed my filter for me, advising me as to how often to do so myself, and made two recommendations including surge protectors on the system. Although he put no pressure on my to go with either recommendation, I opted for the surge protectors, which he promptly installed. Good and efficient service!
