I would use ASP Plumbing again! The pipe for my kitchen sink froze over the winter, and the hardware store gave me the names of some places I could call. I called one place. I didn't hear back, so I called ASP. They got over here about three or four hours after I called, even though they were getting a lot of calls because of the cold.

The guy came over, and I took him downstairs. I told him I thought the pipe was frozen, and he said that's what it was. He said to put some heat on it, and he told me what I needed to do. We chatted for a little while, and he didn't charge me or anything for the visit. He was really nice, and he didn't try and sell me anything. I was expecting a bill, but he was real good about it. He just told me what to do!
