This was my first time using Carpets On U and they were phenomenal! I had used them two weeks ago to have carpeting installed in my living room and dining room. I was so happy with their service and the end result that I went back, got more carpeting and had them come back to do the staircase. The sales staff does a wonderful job going over carpeting types, the materials, what will last and wear longer to help you make a better choice. The installation crew was on time and very friendly and courteous. They took a few minutes to explain what they would be doing and they asked if I had any questions. They worked quickly and efficiently. They kept everything neat and tidy and other than having new carpeting now, you would never know they had been here! The carpeting looks fabulous!
