The salespeople at Carpets On U were very nice when we went to the store. They sold us a great product at a great price. The installation was good but there was a communication disconnect. The installers didn't know about some things that needed to be done. We had bought new molding, and they were supposed to install it, but they didn't. We got a refund for the molding, and it looks fine without it, but there was just a lack of communication between the managers and installers. The finished product looks great, but I really hope they address the lack of communication.
