From the moment that I walked into the store, they treated me with respect and really catered to my specific needs. Desiree, in particular, was great and very helpful, she was able to answer all of the questions that I had. They sent someone out in the next couple days or so and they measured everything for us. The installation team was sent out a couple days later, I was really impressed by everything they did and how smoothly the whole process went. We are incredibly happy with our carpets and they are very high quality as well. Thanks for everything.
