I needed some carpet re-done in my home, so I visited Carpets On U after checking out two other stores. I came in off the street, without recommendations, and was immediately treated like a prima-donna. Brian was the one who helped me in the store, and he was wonderful. He took out a number of swatches, until we were left with the ones I wanted for my 2 bedrooms, and my living room. That same evening, he came to the house, measured my rooms, I gave him my deposit, and he put in the order. Within 3 days, he called and told me my bedroom carpets were ready. He sent over two of the best service guys I've ever dealt with. Adam and Akheem were sweet, kind, amazing guys, who did whatever I asked of them, and moved all of my heavy furniture, to install the carpet in my bedrooms. They came in a quarter after 11am, and they were finished a quarter after 3pm. This past Monday (2/26/18), I got a call saying my living room carpet was ready. I moved what I could, and I called them Thursday, and they told me the guys were going to show up at 11:30am. Jason and Junior showed up at a quarter past 11, early and ready for work. They moved my heavy furniture out of the way, from my sofa, to my dining room table. I had not installed carpet in this room for about 30 years, and the padding was literally stuck to the floor. It didn't bother them, they scraped everything up, cleaned everything, installed my carpeting, vacuumed and cleaned up, and put every stitch of furniture back where I wanted. They even bagged all of the garbage and took it back with them. I've never come across such a great company, who were so nice and accommodating, and such hard workers. They went above and beyond my expectations.
