I recently got my hair cut at Rocket Science salon three weeks ago and it was such a positive experience. My hair is very thin and I always maintain it by getting it layered so that it can look thicker. It's really difficult to find good hair stylists and I am so happy that one of my friends recommended this place to me. The service was excellent, I liked how my haircut turned out and I liked the fact that my stylist knew what she was doing, she didn't take too long nor too fast to cut my hair. She was very friendly, but at the same time not too chatty, which I like since going to hair salons is also a time when I like to just have some peace and relaxation. The only thing about this salon is that it is pretty expensive. I ended up paying almost $60 for a hair cut, but that included my tip. It also included shampoo, blowdry, and my stylist also styled my hair. I would definitely return to this place and would recommend it to others who live in the Long Beach, California area if you are looking for a hair salon that's more upscale, yet still affordable.
