I moved from one city to another about an hour away. When I did my research, I spoke with more than one moving company. Discount Movers didn't require a home visit in order to give me an estimate. I liked that, it was nice. John was upfront with the estimate, how many boxes they would use, the cost, and the time. I wasn't sure what formula they used, but it was absolutely accurate. What I was quoted was exactly what it cost. When they arrived, they really went to work. They knew exactly what they were going to do. Discount Movers was very careful with my furniture; they made sure not to scrape any walls. My things were packed securely on the truck so that they wouldn't shift during the trip. I wanted to put certain things in different rooms and when my things arrived, they put them exactly where I wanted them. I had done most of the packing myself, but they did such a good job packing that I would have them do it for me in any future move. I definitely will use them again!
