I shopped around quite a bit and they were the least expensive of other moving companies. I would totally recommend them. The guy that I initially dealt with was pretty cool and I felt like he was pretty honest with me in terms of what they do and don't do. The movers were also incredibly polite even though they had to walk up and down three flights of stairs.
