I used Executive Carpet Services once before at my son's apartment and was satisfied enough with their work then that I decided to call them for myself. I had one issue with them though; I called several weeks ahead and scheduled a work time with Tom the owner. But on the day of the appointment when I called they said I wasn't on their schedule. We worked it out, however, the young man looked at their schedule and fortunately they weren't super busy that day. So they did come out and they did a good job. Their technicians were professional and efficient in their work. I was very happy with them and would definitely call them back.
