I want to share a WOW moment that I experienced today. I was scheduled to have a complimentary carpet cleaning today between 10:00 am and 3:00PM by Executive Carpet services. First of all I was very impressed that James Chung called around 9:00am and introduced himself.  He then called me several times to tell me what his time schedule looked like and when he would arrive. It allowed me to run a few errands and take care of business. I really appreciated the consideration of my time. Other companies, like my cable company, will say between 8:00 am and 5:00PM and it takes your entire day!

That's only the beginning of my Wow experience. When James arrived I showed him areas in the carpet that really needed attention. I also had two small area rugs that I wanted cleaned and one had a stain that had been in it for two years. I was aware that would be an extra charge.  When James finished, not only did my carpet look better than any cleaning it's had since I've been here, he was able to remove that old stain in my area rug. He was a professional and so polite. He really did a great job and he was fast!

I just thought you should know what an outstanding employee he is. I'm very pleased.
