Poor communication
The workman left after the job was done, not telling myself or the company that hired MW that the work was complete. It wasn't. I was left w/ a subfloor and no option or details to finish or how the work would be completed.
I was on the phone 4 times the next day with no response from office staff.
I was billed two months later - a surprise to me. And getting ahold of staff to ask about the bill took four attempts.
Would not recommend mainly for communication reasons.
