Our first exposure to this company was fantastic. They came out right away and secured our house after a fire. All the people that came out over the next few weeks were great to work with as they catalogued all of our belonging for us. They took our smoky clothes and said they would clean them. They also told us their inventory system was compatible with our insurance system. Well, the clothes they did clean shrunk to the point that they didn't fit us. They washed items in extremely hot water that were dry clean only and totally ruined them. We spent more money paying for cleaning that it would have cost to buy new clothes! Them after months of entering the details in their inventory system we discover that it was not compatible with our insurance and we are still fighting through the nightmare that has created. The rest of our personal items that they "cleaned" and stored for us came back to us - some never cleaned, some broken. We again paid more for storage fees than what the items were worth.
They also agreed to rebuild our house for us but when it came time to start they reneged on our contract and left us on our own!
I know that nobody that has gone through what we went through will bother reading reviews because you are in a mental state that does not allow for that but all I can say is beware - they will get more from your insurance company that you will.
