This was my first time to use Ralph Opfer Floors. I went to their store to pick out some flooring product for my home. The employees there were very attentive and helpful about coming over to me and helping me with my selection. Unlike many stores, I mean they physically came over and went through products with me, and helped me narrow down my choice. They didn't just sit behind the counter and point or anything. I really appreciate that degree of customer service. The flooring product I chose was very high quality, yet still reasonably priced. I had no difficulty at all installing it! I highly recommend Ralph Opfer Floors!
