I brought my medical service dog to Los Robles Animal Hospital for grooming as I have been doing for the past six months. On two occasions, one in March and one in April, 2015 my dog was given medication without my knowledge or consent. I was subsequently charged for this medication that I did not consent to. When this was brought to the attention of the veterinarian/owner Melanie Donofro she said that it was her hospital and she could do what she wanted. She said that she did not want my business and that I should leave immediately or she would call the police. I put the service vest back on my dog and left.
