I was helped in a friendly and direct way, time frames were set on when to return, although they ended up having to keep my car overnight. I ended up having to replace a couple filters which cost upwards of $500 including the original look at my engine, so the total added fast. He suggested using a AAA discount, my card being at home he said I could bring it the next morning when I pick up my car. Next day I arrive and my bill had already been printed, sans discount. Confused we called again later and then the discount was honored and part of the charge reversed. However, nearly two weeks after getting my car serviced my check-engine light is back on. Hence my 3 stars.
