This was the second time I used Silver Olas Carpet Tile Flood Cleaning. I am not sure of the name, but I think that Sam was the young man who came out. He cleaned the carpet for us, also a chair. He worked hard, and he was a very polite person. He did a good job for me, and he only missed one little spot, but that was not a huge deal.
