They do not mind going above and beyond the basics to satisfy their customers. For example, if furniture needs moving, they will move it. Once, when they were redoing my stone counters, they helped me remove the faucets. They did not have to help me do that. They could have told me to call a plumber. But they didn't. They are just that kind of people. Most recently, they cleaned my carpets for me, and the Travertine stone surfaces. They do excellent work.
