They were certainly correct! We had them come out to clean our carpets, an area rug, a sofa and the tile and grout in three bathrooms. They did a wonderful job for us! Yvonne, the scheduler, was very personable, and she came across as the kind of person that you would like to strike up a conversation with in the grocery store. In fact, everyone who I dealt with was very friendly and neighborly. I like doing business with small, locally-owned companies. I think the customer service is better, and that was certainly true of Silver Olas Carpet Tile Flood Cleaning. We were extremely happy with the company, and with the job they did!
