They do a fine job. I hire Silver Olas Carpet Tile Flood Cleaning every six months and will continue to use them. They did carpet cleaning and tile cleaning for me, but not grout sealing this time. I like the carpet to dry as quickly as possible, so I schedule them for the morning, and they use the little fans to speed up the drying process. I recommend Silver Olas Carpet Tile Flood Cleaning.
