I have used Silver Olas Carpet Tile Flood Cleaning on several occasions and they have usually done a good job for me. They are very professional people, and they are also friendly people and easy to get along with. The last time they came out though, they were unable to get the stains out of my carpet. It had water damage and staining, and they said that it was simply too badly stained for them to be able to do much about it. So, I paid a lot for a cleaning job that accomplished very little.
