Silver Olas Carpet Tile Flood Cleaning did a wonderful job for us! This was not our first time using them. We had them come out again because their quality is really good and they have good pricing! They came out this time to clean the entire house flooring and it turned out beautifully. The worker who came out, Matt, was very kind. He showed up on time, he was respectful of our home and he turned on fans in each of the rooms to help the carpeting dry faster while he was working in another room. Their customer service is really good and their communication is amazingly easy. You don't have to be tied to a home phone line, they will send text reminders or call your cell phone for their arrival or appointment times! I thought that was a really nice touch!
