The people who I spoke with over the phone were pleasant and very helpful. I called around the holidays, they called me back right away and were able to squeeze me into the schedule. I had asked them to clean the tile in the hallways and living room of my home. I wasn't there when they did the work, however, they did a beautiful job, absolutely clean and not a trace that anyone had been there.
